Notes from Animal Rescue League of Boston - Cape Cod Branch
MEET MUFFIN!Muffin came in with his brother Bluey due to their owners moving. They have shown to be very sweet boys once they warm up to you and will need time to getting used to being held. We have learned that Muffin prefers to be a solo pig and would rather not have to share his space with another pig. Come meet Muffin today!!Like any pet, guinea pigs require a lot of care and attention. It is important to familiarize yourself with their daily and long-term needs before adopting a new pig. Since guinea pigs are prey animals, they'll need a little extra time and patience adjusting to their surroundings before their unique personalities can truly shine! Guinea pigs are talkative and clever, and make wonderful companions when they've bonded with you! Muffin is currently up to date on all vaccinations and has been seen by our vet team. For more information on Muffin or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
