Notes from Street Paws
Rabbits can live to be 10-14 years old. Are you ready for that commitment? If so, read on! Before you begin the process of adoption, please keep in mind: 1) We do not allow any Street Paws rabbit to be housed (or excercised) outside at any time. 2) Rabbits aren't good pets for young children. 3) Our rabbits must come back to us for rehoming if you ever find yourself unable to care for them. Please check out the House Rabbit Society's Care & Diet directions to become familiar with the specific needs of a rabbit and how to keep them healthy

What happens next
- Contact Street Paws using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
- They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
- Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Street Paws, never to AdoptNearby.
- Read the rabbits care guide so you arrive prepared.
