Diesel

Diesel is a handsome 4-year-old Lab/Pit Bull mix looking for a fresh start and a place to call home! He was surrendered due to a change in his previous family's lifestyle, and now he's ready to find a family who can give him the time, attention, and activity he deserves. Diesel is an energetic guy who would love an active home where he can enjoy walks, playtime, adventures, and plenty of quality time with his people. He would do best with a family who understands his needs and can provide structure, exercise, and continued guidance. Diesel is dog-selective, meaning he isn't a match for every canine companion. Slow, thoughtful introductions and proper management are important when considering a home with other dogs. Diesel has not lived with cats, but he shows a high level of interest and some prey drive toward them. A cat-free home would be the safest fit. Diesel has so much potential to be a wonderful companion for the right person or family. If you're looking for an active, fun-loving dog to join you on life's adventures, Diesel may be your guy! If you would like to meet me, please visit our website and complete the pre-adoption application. Once it has been processed then we can make a date to get together! All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (if over 2 years old), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet Reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the dog of your choice. If you have a dog currently, you should bring him/her along to meet the new dog so we can see how everyone interacts. Please visit our website for additional information.
