Notes from Regional Animal Services of King County

Hi! My name is Bluey and I am available for adoption.

I was brought in by a good Samaritan on August 11, 2026.

I am an adaptable dog who loves to go with the flow! I am outgoing and carefree, and I just can't wait to find my forever home! I love treats, toys, and especially people!

I am a very smart dog! I already know how to sit! I am an affectionate lovebug who would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home!

I'm currently in a foster home, please fill out a foster interest form for the chance to meet me! To find that form click the "read about our adoption process" link then "foster path" link! Hahaha all of my cats are foster fails too so I get it.

What happens next

  1. Contact Regional Animal Services of King County using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Regional Animal Services of King County, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
