Notes from Saving Great Animals

Meet Biggins!

Sweet Biggins came from a rather neglectful situation and lived on outside on a property with a lot of other dogs. He is doing so well in his foster home and is ready for his forever home.

Biggins is around a year old and about 12-14 lbs. He is a calm and lovable pup. His favorite activity is cuddling and being around his people. He enjoys exploring outside, playing with other dogs and older children. He is potty trained and walks well on a leash. He is crate trained for night time but has some separation anxiety and prefers to roam around in a bigger space if home alone. If you are looking for a best friend, he’s your guy.

Biggins is vaccinated, neutered and chipped. His adoption fee is $450

What happens next

  1. Contact Saving Great Animals using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Saving Great Animals, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
