Notes from Saving Great Animals

Meet Princess!

Princess is a one year old Chihuahua mix. She is a tiny girl at just around 10 lbs. Princess spent most of her life living outside in someone's backyard, with little to no interaction with people or other animals. She is now in a loving foster home and ready to find a forever home.

This little royal Princess comes with endless snuggles, total loyalty, and a joyful attitude that will capture any heart. She has shared meals with her foster dog friends with no signs of food guarding or aggression, but has grumbled a time or two to request she remain the center of attention.

She will continue to grow with a family that provides one-on-one affection, but does not allow her to dictate the when and the where of those rules. She is an intelligent gal who takes new instructions very well. In her short foster journey, she has learned to play well with both dogs and cats, share toys, co-eat, and adjust to being part of a family unit. She aims to please and will give her whole heart to the right family.

We believe she will do best with another smaller dog who loves to run and play. At this time, she remains fearful of larger dogs and will need a careful introduction to pups of a larger breed. She will do best in a home without young children.

Princess will be vaccinated, spayed and chipped. Her adoption fee is $450
