Notes from Saving Great Animals

Meet Clover!

Clover: Small Dog, Big Plans!

Clover is about a year old and roughly 9 pounds, and she is looking for employment. Her résumé is short but impressive.

Skills: Agility. Problem-solving. Outsmarting humans, often before breakfast. Clover is smart as a whip and spends her day testing your systems. That baby gate you trust? She’s already been over it. The short fence in the yard? She sees it as a suggestion. Clover doesn’t escape so much as audit your security.

Hobbies: Digging, mostly for buried treasure, and possibly toward China. She also likes leaping over things and playing for an amount of time scientists are still trying to measure.

Energy level: Yes.

Ideal workplace: Clover wants a job. Agility would be a dream, but she’d also take a very adventurous family who will keep her busy, challenged, and entertained. Couch potatoes need not apply, unless the couch is part of an obstacle course.

Coworker requirements: Clover needs another playful dog in the home. This is non-negotiable. Without a canine colleague, she will promote YOU to Full-Time Playmate, with no breaks, no weekends, and no union. Kids are welcome too. Clover loves dogs and kids, and she has enough energy for all of them.

References: Everyone who has tried to keep her in one place. They’re all very tired, but they speak highly of her.

The bottom line: Clover is a smart, busy, delightful little girl with a big brain, a big heart, and a vertical leap that defies physics. Give her a job, a dog buddy, and a secure yard (a tall fence, and check the bottom too), and you’ll have the most entertaining employee of the month, every month.

Someone please hire Clover! Apply today. She’s already figured out three ways to come find you.

Clover will be vaccinated, spayed and chipped. Her adoption fee is $450

What happens next

  1. Contact Saving Great Animals using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
