Notes from Magpie & Daisy's Pet Rescue

Meet Salem – Ready for Her Forever Home! This sweet, gentle girl is looking for a patient and understanding family to help her continue to blossom. She feels most comfortable with women and children and would thrive in a quiet home with a securely fenced yard where she can safely explore and play. Salem gets along well with other dogs, but she should be fed separately in her extra-sturdy crate. She absolutely loves toys and is happiest carrying one around or relaxing nearby while her family goes about their day. Because Salem is still building confidence, she'd do best with someone who is home more often than not and willing to let her adjust at her own pace. She is house-trained with a consistent routine and, once she trusts you, will become a loyal and loving companion. Salem is fully vetted and ready to go home! Spayed, Microchipped, Heartworm negative, Up to date on all vaccines, Current on heartworm and flea preventionIf you think Salem could be the missing piece of your family, we'd love to hear from you! What happens next

  1. Contact Magpie & Daisy's Pet Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Magpie & Daisy's Pet Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
