Notes from Rescue Rovers Dog Adoptions

Hi! My name is Miss Roxy, and I’m a 7 year old heeler mix, I weigh 54 pounds, although my foster mom says I need to lose a couple pounds. I think that just means there’s more of me to love!

And before you scroll past me because of my age, HOLD ON! Don’t let my age fool you! I still have SO much love to give! I may be a little more mature than those crazy puppies, but I’ve still got plenty of life, love, and fun left in me!

My personality? Oh, I’m just a girl who LOVES HER PEOPLE! If you have hands, and know how to give pets we are already best friends and If you sit down, and need a cuddle buddy I’m on my way. And if you go anywhere in your house, I will happily be your assistant. Folding laundry? I’ll supervise. Watching TV? I’ll watch with you. Making a snack? I will absolutely be available for quality control. I’m basically your personal shadow, but WAY cuter!

And can we talk about what a good houseguest I am?!

Got other dogs? NO PROBLEM! I get along with dogs big and small!

Fully potty trained! No puppy accidents here!

Can be left loose in the house for HOURS without getting into trouble! I will keep the couch warm while you’re gone

Walk AMAZINGLY on a leash! I would love a family who would take me on a daily walk!

Oh, and I’m a smart cookie, too! I know how to sit, lay down, shake, AND play dead when you say “BANG!” I mean, I deserve a treat just for being this talented, right?!

So if you’re looking for a sweet, smart, and amazing manners I might be your girl apply to me meet at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication
