Notes from Rescue Rovers Dog Adoptions

Hi! I'm Kev!

With my scruffy face, expressive eyebrows, and one ear that does its own thang, I'm pretty unforgettable.

I'm a 2-year-old, 55-pound Terrier/Shepherd mix with a goofy, affectionate personality and a big love for life. Whether it's fetch, tug, squeaky toys, or car rides, I'm always ready for an adventure. I love to tell you how much fun I'm having fun, too, and it's absolutely adorable.

I am a smart guy! I'm potty-trained. I know sit, down, and shake. Because I am highly food-motivated, I'm always excited to learn new things, especially when treats are involved.

After I've gotten my wiggles out with a walk, sniffari, or game of fetch/tug, I'm happy to hit relaxation mode. You'll usually find me chewing on a yak chew, cuddling with my people, or stretched out on the patio sunbathing.

One thing you should know about me: crates aren't really my thing. I much prefer being close to my humans. I'll happily sleep through the night, cuddled up with you. I may have a few complaints if I'm left in a crate. I'm go

other dogs if given a calm and proper introduction, though I am still learning appropriate play with younger dogs.

If you're looking for a happy-go-lucky best friend who can keep up on adventures and then snuggle up on the couch afterward, I think you should apply to meet me!
