Notes from Rescue Rovers Dog Adoptions

Hello, future family! I’m Dolly Parton, a gorgeous 5-year-old, 45-pound Siberian Husky with dazzling black-and-white markings and a heart of gold!

My foster mom says I’m surprisingly mellow for a Husky. I love my people, enjoy doggie daycare, love walks, and have a blast playing with my other hairy foster siblings. I can be a little shy at first, but I warm up quickly. I’ve also done wonderfully with kids!

I’m potty trained, crate trained (though it’s not my favorite), and do great in the house when left alone. I take treats gently because a Southern belle has manners! I’d love a doggy sibling, but I could also be your one-and-only with daily walks, playtime, and attention.

I’m quick on my feet and sometimes like to dash through open doors to explore. A secure home and keeping doors closed are important to help me stay safe!

Cats are still an unknown, so slow introductions would be needed.

If you’re looking for a beautiful, mellow, dog-loving girl with a big heart and just enough sass to keep life interesting, I’m your girl!
