Notes from Rescue Rovers Dog Adoptions

Do you want company 24/7? Are you afraid to go to the bathroom alone? well, then meet Maicena. She’s a Lab mix and almost 5 months old, and weighs 32 lbs.

She loves people and people. She doesn’t mind other dogs but prefers your attention. She’s fully potty trained and crate trained, and knows basic commands like “sit” and “drop that, it’s not a toy”.

She’s obsessed with her flirt pole and will bring it to you wherever you are. She also enjoys naps with her tongue out, eating, and pretend to guard you - even though she’s still working on her confidence.

If you’d like some puppy kisses, apply to meet her here bit.ly//RRAdoptionApplication

What happens next

  1. Contact Rescue Rovers Dog Adoptions using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Rescue Rovers Dog Adoptions, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
