Notes from Rescue Rovers Dog Adoptions

Well hello there!

I'm Rhamona, a happy, goofy, 2 year old lab mix lady looking for a family to love! I really enjoy walks on the leash, and even more than that I love playing with other dogs! Although I enjoy playing , I actually do really well in my crate and have gotten the "best crate trained foster dog ever" award for going in my crate and settling when it's time!

My perfect day would look like:

Wake up in my crate and you let me out for a potty break. A short morning walk or some yard time and then back in my crate so you can go to work and make money to buy me all the treats! I'm very potty trained and am used to being crated (my foster home has lots of other fosters around usually and we all get crated while they're out of the house!). I'll be so happy when you get home and would absolutely love to spend the evenings playing with you, doing some training, or going on a walk! I eat just once a day and enjoy that schedule, but am always happy for treats and chews

My thoughts on kids and cats:

I love kids! I’m a little mouthy so I’d do best with kids ages 10 and up. Cats? I want to play with them but get along just fine!

How I prefer to meet your friends:

I'm a little suspicious at first and may bark when I'm unsure, but don't worry I will be happy to get to know you and give you all the kisses

My thoughts on exercise:

Well, I found out recently about this thing called a treadmill and really loved being able to just run! But my foster family says I also do really well on walks and have zero reactivity issues to note, so all we are focusing on is some loose-r leash training since I'm a little sniff-curious

My toxic traits:

I am definitely still young and love to be the life of the party, and my foster family is helping me learn the chill side of life. I haven't quite figured out the cuddling on the couch thing, but I think with exercise I will pick it up quick!
