Meet Kenny

Kenny is a 3-year-old Australian Shepherd/Poodle mix with a gentle heart and a sweet, loving personality.

When you first meet Kenny, he may be a little shy. New people and new situations can take some getting used to, but with just a little patience, his true personality begins to shine. Once he feels comfortable, Kenny is incredibly affectionate and forms strong bonds with the people he trusts.

Kenny does well with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends around. Their presence often helps him feel more confident and comfortable. Based on his gentle nature, we think he would likely do well with respectful children, although proper introductions are always recommended.

As an Aussiedoodle, Kenny combines the intelligence and loyalty of an Australian Shepherd with the affectionate, people-oriented nature of a Poodle. He is looking for a family that will give him the time he needs to settle in and show him that he is safe, loved, and home for good.

His adoption fee is $450.

Because we don't observe our animals in home settings, we aren't able to guarantee whether he is housebroken.

Upon intake, every animal receives:

Spay/neuter surgery Microchip All age-appropriate vaccinations Blood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed) Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention A complimentary wellness exam 7-10 days after adoption

Adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.

Kenny may be a little reserved at first, but the people who take the time to get to know him will discover a loyal, loving companion who is absolutely worth the wait. He's ready to find a forever family that will help him write the next chapter of his story.
