Notes from Animal Hope Pet Adoptions

Meet Maggie!

Sweet Maggie is still waiting for the person who will give her the forever home she deserves! At about 5 years old and 34.3 pounds, Maggie is a lovable little "butterball" with a whole lot of love to give.

Maggie came to us as an owner surrender after her family had to move into memory care and could no longer care for her. While losing her family has been a big change, Maggie is ready to find someone new to love and a cozy home where she can feel safe, happy, and cherished again.

And if you love a dog who wants to be your best friend, Maggie may be your girl! She absolutely loves attention, pets, and all the love you're willing to give her. She is also a very smart girl who picks up on routines quickly. Once Maggie learns the rhythm of your home, she is ready to be right there with you!

Maggie does need to be the only pet in the home. She is not comfortable with other dogs, so we are looking for a family where she can be your one and only furry companion. And honestly, Maggie is more than happy to have all the love and attention to herself!

Maggie's adoption fee is $450.

Because we don't observe our animals in home settings, we aren't able to guarantee whether Maggie is housebroken.

Every animal receives upon intake:

Spay/neuter surgery Microchip All age-appropriate vaccinations Blood and fecal testing, with treatment if needed Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention A complimentary wellness exam 7-10 days after adoption

Maggie has already lost the home she knew, and now she's hoping someone will give her a second chance at forever. She's a smart, loving girl who would love nothing more than to be someone's special girl, soaking up all the cuddles, attention, and love she can get.

Maggie is ready to be your one and only and fill your home with all the love her sweet heart has to offer.
