Notes from Animal Hope Pet Adoptions

If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment to visit with this animal, please email us at info@animalhope.org or call 817-984-1129 between 12 pm and 6 pm.

Hostin is a 6-year-old Boston Terrier weighing 19 pounds, and he is finally ready for his second chance.

He came to us after a good Samaritan found him mauled by other dogs. His injuries were severe, and Fort Worth Animal Care & Control immediately networked him to us so he could receive urgent medical care. Despite what must have been incredibly painful wounds, Hostin has been sweet, gentle, and trusting from the very first moment we met him.

After dedicated treatment and healing time, Hostin has now been released by our hospital and is officially ready for adoption. He's mostly healed, moving comfortably, and showing everyone just how resilient and loving he truly is. Hostin has a soft, calm presence and a tender personality that makes you want to scoop him up and promise him only good things from here on out.

The adoption fee is $450.

Because we don't observe our animals in home settings, we aren't able to guarantee whether he is housebroken.

Upon intake, every animal receives:

Spay/neuter surgery

Microchip

All age-appropriate vaccinations

Blood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)

Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention

A complimentary wellness exam 7-10 days after adoption

Adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.

Hostin is a survivor with a heart full of sweetness, and he's ready for a home that will cherish him. If you'd like to meet him, we'd be happy to help.

  1. Contact Animal Hope Pet Adoptions using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Animal Hope Pet Adoptions, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
