Notes from City of Houston, Bureau of Animal Regulation and Care
Meet Ruth! Ruth is a sweet girl who is settling into foster care and feeling much better! Her cough is almost gone, and her playful energy is back. She loves sunbathing and playing with all kinds of toys. Brooms, cats, and baths aren’t her favorite, but she has plenty of love and fun to share with her future family! To meet me email BARCFoster@HoustonTx.gov
