Meet Baby!

8-Year-Old Shih Tzu | 15 lbs. | A Little Princess with a BIG Personality!

If you're looking for a sweet, funny, affectionate little companion who will keep you smiling and fill your home with love, Baby is your girl!

Baby is an adorable, purebred, 8-year-old Shih Tzu weighing approximately 15 pounds. This precious little lady has a sweet, shy personality and a heart full of love. She's sure to steal your heart!

Baby is a happy, lovable little girl who enjoys the finer things in life, especially BELLY

RUBS! She certainly doesn't miss a chance to get one and knows exactly how to charm her way into a belly rub by rolling over on her back and looking up at you with the sweetest expression! She'll happily cuddle and snuggle with the slightest invitation, especially if there might be a tasty reward involved! This little princess knows exactly how to win your heart.

But Baby isn't just entertaining; she's an incredibly loving and affectionate little girl who enjoys spending time with her people. Whether she's snuggling beside you on the couch, keeping you company around the house, or simply soaking up your attention, Baby is happiest when she's surrounded by love.

Baby is house-trained and crate-trained and can be trusted to have free roam of the house. She walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys short strolls in nice weather. She's also always up for a car ride and loves riding shotgun with her favorite person! Whether you're heading out for a little adventure or enjoying a quiet afternoon at home, Baby is happy to be right by your side.

Baby's Story

Baby and her beloved brother, Buddy, have experienced some heartbreaking changes in their lives. Their world was turned upside down when their mom passed away. A loving family member stepped in and opened her home to them, determined to keep these precious little dog's safe and loved. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected eviction, she is unable to take them to her new home.

Wanting only the very best for Baby and Buddy, she reached out to Legacy Humane Society for help finding them the loving forever home they deserve.

Through all these changes, Baby has remained a sweet, happy little girl with so much love to give. She and Buddy have been best friends their entire lives, and our greatest wish is to find a wonderful family willing to adopt them together so they can spend their golden years side by side.

Imagine having twice the love, twice the snuggles, and twice the entertainment from these two adorable little companions!

A Little More About Baby

Baby is approximately 15 pounds, spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and heartworm negative. She has also just received a full dental cleaning, so this precious little princess is all caught up on her veterinary care and ready to begin her next chapter with a loving forever family!

Baby is good with other dogs and older, respectful children. She is house-trained and crate-trained and can be trusted to have free roam of the house.

Like other Shih Tzus, Baby is a low-shedding breed but requires regular professional grooming and daily brushing to keep her beautiful coat healthy and comfortable.

At eight years young, Baby still has plenty of love, laughter, and wonderful memories to share. She's looking for a family who will treasure her, spoil her with affection, and give her the security of knowing she's finally home for good.

Could you be the happy ending Baby and Buddy have been waiting for?

If you have room in your heart and home for this precious little girl, and hopefully her beloved brother, Buddy, too, please consider opening your heart to them. They've already lost so much, and they deserve a future filled with love, comfort, and happiness.
