Notes from Dallas Animal Services

Meet Honey! True to her name, Honey is a sweet, loving girl ready to find her forever home! This smart, well-mannered girl already knows commands like “sit” and “wait,” is house-trained and kennel-trained, and walks beautifully on a leash without pulling. She’s also a great car rider who loves joining her people on adventures! Honey is confident, affectionate, and adaptable. With slow, proper introductions, she can get along with other dogs and cats, too! Like many German Shepherds, Honey is a bit of a talker, so she’d do best in a home where her vocal personality is welcome rather than an apartment setting. At 3 years old, Honey has the training, manners, and loving personality to make a wonderful companion. All she needs now is a family to call her own. Could Honey be the missing piece of your family?
