Notes from A Doggie 4 You
Say hello to Chica! This sweet girl came into rescue alongside her mom and has been on quite a journey. After working through demodex mange, Chica has finally recovered and is ready to start the next chapter of her life: finding a loving family to call her own!
Chica is a young girl with a big personality and plenty of energy to share! She's spunky, sweet, and affectionate, with lots of happy jumps and excitement. Chica has a playful spirit and gets along great with all the dogs she meets. She loves making new friends and is always ready to encourage her canine companions to join in on the fun!
Chica does still give playful puppy bites, something to keep in mind with young children. It's her way of showing she wants to play!
Chica has never lived in a home before, so she'll need a family willing to help her learn the ropes. Basic training and potty training will be important parts of her journey, and she'll need patience, consistency, and lots of positive reinforcement as she adjusts to her new life. Learning these new skills can take time, so her family should be ready to give her the understanding and encouragement she needs to succeed.
Chica's adoption fee is $300. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and current on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention.
Chica is currently in Texas but can travel to Washington, Portland, Oregon, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and locations along the East Coast. If transportation is needed, there is an additional $250 transport fee. Due to state regulations, Chica cannot travel to Rhode Island or Massachusetts.
