Notes from Scout's Honor Rescue
Meet Phineas,
Phineas is the definition of a survivor! The resilience this boy has shown through devastating cruelty is nothing short of miraculous. He's still on the mend and has an amazing foster, but we need to find him a true forever home to show him what love looks like!

What happens next
- Contact Scout's Honor Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
- They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
- Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Scout's Honor Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
- Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
