Notes from Sierra's K9 Rescue and Rehab
Shiner is a ruff-and-tuff little survivor with the sweetest soul. Abandoned with his sister at just 6–7 weeks old, he’s proven how resilient and loving he truly is. This scruffy boy is playful, curious, and full of puppy joy — ready to trade his tough start for a lifetime of love.
