Notes from Focus on Cumberland County Animal Safety

Newton came to FOCCAS with his brother and sister. He is still a little bit timid, but is getting braver all the time. He is excited to go for walks, but nervous about getting a leash put on him. He is learning to walk using a gentle leader since he is a strong boy. He does like to roll over for belly rubs and is treat motivated. He does take treats very gently. He would like to be a buddy to someone who will continue to work with him on his training.
