Notes from Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue
Meet June Carter! If you’re looking for a best friend who can make you laugh, keep you active, and then curl up beside you for a good cuddle, June Carter is your girl! June has an amazing personality that’s full of joy, confidence, and just the right amount of goofy charm. She loves playing with toys, whether she’s entertaining herself, romping with another dog, or inviting her humans to join the fun. She’s happiest when she’s part of the action! This sweet girl is very food motivated, which makes training a breeze, but she also genuinely loves making her people happy. She’s already completed basic on-leash obedience training with her foster mom, who is even willing to provide free training lessons to June’s forever family to help set everyone up for success. At bedtime, June is happy wherever her family wants her. She sleeps well in her crate but is just as content snoozing on the couch after a fun-filled day. June does well around cats, although she’s much more interested in seeing what’s in their food bowl than chasing them! She would thrive with a family that enjoys an active lifestyle and can continue helping her channel her puppy energy in positive ways. She would do well with dog-savvy children or older kids who understand that she’s still a young, enthusiastic pup learning her manners. She absolutely loves meeting new people and is working hard on polite leash manners. She’s learning to sit nicely and patiently wait for affection, and she’s eager to keep learning. June is the perfect combination of playful adventure buddy and snuggle partner. If you’re looking for a happy, affectionate pup who will fill your home with laughter, love, and endless fun, June Carter is ready to steal your heart.
