Notes from Mercy Rescue Haven

Meet Rose! Age: 5.5 years old. Breed: rottweiler. Size: 75lbs. Training: crate and leash trained, doing great with house training! She is strong when on the leash so we recommend a harness. Good with dogs/cats? Yes to both! Good with men/women/kids? Yes. Personality: Rose is very loving, laid back. She is affectionate and loves scratches! She does well on car rides. Reason for rescue: Rose was left behind in a hotel room. Days went by, and when the room remained unpaid, hotel staff went in to remove the belongings. What they didn't expect to find was this sweet girl, patiently waiting for an owner who never returned. Despite a two-week stray hold, not a single attempt was made to reclaim her. We don't know the circumstances that led to Rose being left behind, but we do know she deserved better. She does appear to be hard of hearing. We thought she may be deaf, but she definitely responds to some sounds.

She is spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and current on vaccinations and preventatives.

If you are interested in adding this sweet baby to your family, please message for an adoption application.

Adoption fee: $125.
