Here's Your Quick Peek:

Sampson is a fun-loving, active boy who loves toys, other dogs, and spending time with his people. He especially loves playing with the water hose and will happily chase, bite, and splash in the water until he’s soaking wet! Sampson is friendly with new people, warms up quickly, and is looking for a home that can give him plenty of activity, mental stimulation, and attention. He’s also well-trained, crate trained, rides well in the car, and knows several commands.

Must have: An active home that can provide exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of interaction with people.

Exercise: Needs regular exercise and enjoys playing outside, playing with toys, and playing with other dogs.

Best with: People who want a friendly, active companion. Sampson warms up quickly to new people and loves being with and interacting with his people. He also does well with other dogs.

Not ideal for: Homes looking for a very low-energy dog or homes where he won't receive much interaction or mental stimulation. He also has some prey drive and is a counter surfer.

Energy level: high

Good with dogs: Yes

Good with kids: Yes

Fun fact: Sampson absolutely LOVES the water hose! He will chase it, bite at the water, and happily get soaking wet. He also loves soft toys—although he may chew the ears and limbs right off them!
