Notes from Peace Love and Poms Rescue

Meet Bahama, available for adoption. He is a 9 years old, 18 pound, Pug Pom mix who is sweet as can be! Bahama is housetrained, leash trained, crate trained, great in a car, great with grooming, and great at the vet! Bahama is good with other small dogs, and cats too. He looks like a tiny lamb with a Pom tail and paws instead of hooves..... This handsome guy is in need of some more weight loss, but is making great progress already. Don't let this cute, perfect furball slip away from making your heart and home full of love! To adopt Bahama, please complete an adoption application at peacelovepoms.rescuegroups.org. The $350 adoption donation ($250 for senior citizens 65+) includes core vaccines (Rabies, Parvo/Distemper, and Bordatella), Accuplex (Heart worm and Lyme test), fecal, microchip, bloodwork, neuter, dental, and all the love you can handle! What happens next

  1. Contact Peace Love and Poms Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Peace Love and Poms Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
