Breed: Shepherd/Lab Mix Estimated DOB: 08/17/2025 Sex: Male (neutered) Weight: 46 lbs Currently up to date on all age appropriate vaccinationsThings To Know about Happy Camper:• Abandoned at a busy campground in Mississippi• Was a little timid on day one, but settled right in and now acts like he's been part of the family forever• Sweet and soulful, loves to snuggle and will hop right up on you for hugs and kisses• Medium energy — happiest when his people are relaxed too, and loves a good nap after a solid walk or play session• Very food motivated, with a soft spot for pumpkin, peanut butter, and pupsicles• Playful and getting more into toys every day — loves a game of fetch and leans toward chew toys, though he's warming up to plush ones too• Has an adorable habit of pawing at you for attention, and he's persistent about it!• Does well with crate training — goes in easily for treats, settles quickly after a minute, and sleeps through the night• Housebroken and reliably signals at the door when he needs to go out• Confident, happy and a little goofy, with a fun-loving puppy spirit that keeps life interesting. Squirrels, bunnies and passing cars are very exciting to him!• Strong for his size and learning leash manners. His foster is working on "leave it" and "drop it" with treats and ball games, and a front-and-back clip harness is helping on walks• Dog friendly and loves making new friends on walks, though he can play a little rough, so does best with a playmate who can match his energy• Cat friendly with a dog-savvy cat.
