Havanese · 11 Months · Male · Stroudsburg, PA
Notes from Camp Papillon Adoption & Rescue Inc
Otto is a male Havanese. He is shy and nervous but working hard on coming out of his shell.
Otto is still working on his leash skills, so a fenced in yard is required.
