Spanky is super sweet and learning his manners with his foster mom. He loves people and loves playing with other dogs. Hes full of energy and is always getting the zoomies. He does require a fenced yard since hes full of the puppy energy and another fur buddy would be ideal for him to have a playmate for when the humans go away :) REQUIRES: Fenced Yard
