TN/Pete
Brittany (short coat) · Young (4 years 9 months) · Male · Medium · Curwensville, PA
Notes from National Brittany Rescue and Adoption Network
This is Pete — your future best friend, ball‑retrieving champion, and lovable goof with a heart of gold.
When Pete first arrived at NBRAN, he was completely blind due to cataracts. Thanks to quick action and a successful surgery, Pete now sees the world with bright curiosity… and he’s determined to chase every ball in it. Fetch isn’t just his favorite game — it’s his passion, his hobby, and his personal mission.
Pete is a quirky guy in the best way. He sometimes gets fascinated by light and shadows, and like many Brittanys, he has been known to sample things that aren’t exactly food. Outdoors, he needs supervision around sticks and acorns, but most of the time he’s far too busy joyfully retrieving his ball to bother with them. but Pete is affectionate, gentle, and wonderfully silly. He loves belly rubs, car rides, exploring a fenced yard, and cuddling up when he’s tired. He’s great on leash, has perfect recall, and is eager to please. He’s social with adults and older considerate kids — but he must be the only dog in the home. No exceptions.
Healthy, happy, and full of charm, Pete is ready to bring joy, laughter, and endless ball‑retrieving adventures to the right family. His foster mom adores him… and once you meet him, you will too.
Precious Pete's adoption Fee is $400 to help offset medical expenses. NBRAN will provide transportation, up to 1400 miles, to an approved home. For more information about me contact Debbie Tuthill agilitybrits@gmail.com or Suzanne Horsley ztasuzanne@gmail.com
