Notes from Rose's Rescue
Hi my name is Trixie. I am a blue healer even though most of me is black. I have cute black and white healer markings on my feeet and chest and and face. I was found as a stray and no one came to claim me. I just don't understand why! I am a good girl! I am around 6 years old and weigh in at about 38 lbs, so not too big.
I know lots of things, sit, sit on button, stay, give me paw and when my mom give me more commands, I will show her what I got! I am even housebroken and crate trained.
My foster mom gave me a bath and trimmed my nails. I am so shiny and soft. I really am low maintenance. I love to chase balls and fetch my stuffed toys.
I am a velcro dog and follow my foster mom around the house, but once she is sitting, I am more than ready to relax. I am good with other dogs, but not cats, I love the chase too much. I prefer older children because I get excited when there are treats. My mom is teaching me being gentle is a good thing.
I am looking for a family of my own that loves cuddle time and play time.
I did test positive for Lyme Disease and will be done with my antibiotics on September 28th. Dang nasty ticks!
