Notes from Adopt A Pit Rescue Inc

Meet Emma Kay!

Emma Kay is a 2.5-year-old sweetheart who’s equal parts cuddle bug and sunshine lover. After spending about a year and a half in a shelter, she’s more than ready to enjoy the good life—think soft beds, fresh air, and plenty of love.

She has a calm, easygoing vibe and isn’t much of a barker. Honestly, she prefers to keep things low-key—whether that’s hanging by your side or stretching out in the sun like she’s on permanent vacation.

She’s currently rocking her “extra love” era, but now that she’s out of the shelter and has room to move, she’s already working on her glow-up. Between her love of the outdoors and a little more freedom, she’s well on her way to her best life (and figure).

Emma Kay is the best of both worlds—she loves attention and will happily soak up all the affection, but she’s also totally content doing her own thing nearby. Independent queen energy… with a soft spot for cuddles.

If you’re looking for a sweet, calm companion who just wants love, sunshine, and a cozy place to call home, Emma Kay is ready to move in.
