Notes from Paws Crossed Animal Rescue Inc.
Birthdate: 7/23/2023Breed: One of a kindWeight: 60 lbs Meet Walnut! Well, butter my biscuit and boop that nose! Meet Walnut, a handsome tri-colored boy with a face that belongs on a greeting card and the most wonderfully boopable nose you ever did see! His beautiful blend of colors makes him quite the looker, but that adorable nose? Oh, that’s the stuff of instant puppy love! Walnut is the kind of boy who makes you want to stop in your tracks, lean in for a little nose boop, and stay awhile. He’s got that irresistible, classic hound-dog charm that makes him impossible to forget and oh-so-easy to adore. Now this handsome fellow is hoping his next big adventure leads straight to a home of his own, where nose boops are plentiful, love is endless, and he never has to wonder who his people are. So, what do you say? Is Walnut’s nose calling your name? Come meet this handsome boy and see if one little boop turns into a whole lot of love! The Rescue is open 7 days a week for you to come and meet our pets! Walk-ins are welcome! In order to interact with them, you’ll need a simple questionnaire filled out. You can fill this out at the Rescue or before you come in at: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/36924/generic If you have any questions, please email us at adoptions@pawscrossedny.org for more information. Please understand that we cannot hold pets for any reason. All adoptions are done on a first come, first adopt basis for pre-approved applicants. The Shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
