Notes from Pibbles & More Animal Rescue

Currently in her Binghamton foster home, Geenie has decompressed, and shown us what an absolute sweetheart she is at heart.

At just over 3 years old, Geenie is spayed, fully vetted, and ready for her next step: she is officially available for a dedicated foster home or her forever family!

She listens wonderfully, works hard every day on her routines, and has so much love to give. Because she has some anxiety, she does best in a peaceful environment where she can be your one-and-only pet and soak up all the attention.

Geenie did the work to get ready—now she just needs our village to help her get seen.

All of our animals receive comprehensive veterinary care prior to adoption, including a full exam, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, spay or neuter, heartworm testing, and any necessary medical treatment.

A vet reference, home and/or family visit, and an adoption fee are required.

Transport options are available within our operating region, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. We do not adopt animals to Canada.

What happens next

  1. Contact Pibbles & More Animal Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Pibbles & More Animal Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
