Notes from Last Chance Animal Rescue

Meet Grizzly: Those Eyes. That Face. THAT HEART.

Excuse me, Grizzly, but who gave you permission to have eyes THAT gorgeous?! Those stunning copper eyes are enough to stop anyone in their tracks, but trust us — this 5-year-old, 40-pound terrier mix has SO much more going for him than just a handsome face.

Grizzly is a sweetheart who loves people, gets along great with other dogs, and is always happy to have a toy nearby. He's also good with kids, making him a wonderful potential addition to the right family. And if you're looking for a loyal little sidekick, you've hit the jackpot!

This boy LOVES his people. Wherever you go, Grizzly would be delighted to come along. Room to room? He's there. Heading to the kitchen? He's right behind you. Just sitting around doing absolutely nothing? Excellent. He'll happily supervise. ❤️ He's the kind of companion who makes you feel like the most interesting person in the world simply because you're his person.

Grizzly is still working on his crate training, but when left alone in a dog-proof room, he's not destructive. He's learning, making progress, and just needs a family willing to keep helping him along.

A home with cats, however, isn't the right fit for this handsome guy. ⬛

But if you've got people to love, maybe another dog to befriend, and room in your heart for a devoted little shadow, Grizzly might be exactly who you've been looking for.

Those copper eyes are gorgeous, but the love behind them is even better. Grizzly is ready to find his people and finally have a family to follow through life.
