Notes from Paws Crossed Animal Rescue Inc.

Birthdate: 12/31/2025Breed: One of a kindWeight: 36 lbs Forrest is a sweet, handsome pup with the most beautiful tricoloring and a face that’s hard to resist. He’s curious about the world around him and seems to approach everything with the same open heart — ready to see where the next adventure leads. Whether it’s exploring somewhere new, meeting new friends, or settling in close for some well-earned love, Forrest is happiest when he’s part of the action. He’s got that wonderful puppy mix of playful curiosity and pure sweetness, with plenty of love to give. Forrest is ready for adventures big and small, but most of all, he’s ready to find his people and start being their boy! The Rescue is open 7 days a week for you to come and meet our pets! Walk-ins are welcome! In order to interact with them, you’ll need a simple questionnaire filled out. You can fill this out at the Rescue or before you come in at: https://www.pawscrossedny.org/dog-adoption-questionnaire . If you have any questions, please email us at adoptions@pawscrossedny.org for more information. Please understand that we cannot hold pets for any reason. All adoptions are done on a first come, first adopt basis for pre-approved applicants. The Shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
