AC - Ripple

*Name: Ripple*Age: 1.5 years old *Current Weight: 50 lbs*Rescued from: South Carolina *Adoption fee: $475 Meet Ripple Ripple is a sweet, sensitive boy who started life with more uncertainty than any puppy should. He was found as a stray in South Carolina alongside his three littermates, and together they made the journey north to New York in search of better days. One by one, his siblings found their forever homes… and somehow Ripple is still waiting — through no fault of his own. Now, Ripple is currently staying at our shelter in Brewster, New York, dreaming of a home to finally call his own. At 1 year old, Ripple has his whole life ahead of him. He’s smart, gentle, and affectionate, with a playful streak that keeps everyone smiling. He loves using his brain, enjoys learning, is a dream to train, and thrives when given mental enrichment and positive interaction. He does well with other dogs who match his size and play style, and he doesn’t seem to mind cats. Around new people, Ripple can be a little shy at first — but with patience, kindness, and consistency, he blossoms into a loyal and loving companion. Ripple would love a home where: He gets plenty of playtime, exercise, mental enrichment, and cuddles on the couch His family understands he’s still building his confidence and is willing to give him time to get comfortable and settle in He can continue growing through training, structure, and guidance, with support from SNARR’s amazing trainers He’s treated like the young adolescent pup he is — learning, thriving, and on his way to becoming the best version of himself Ripple has so much love to give and is just waiting for the person or family who will give him the chance he deserves.
