Notes from City of Las Vegas Animal Care Center

Meet Betty Boop! Boop-oop-a-doop! This tiny Chihuahua is ready to steal hearts, one little wiggle at a time. She can be a bit timid at first, but give her some patience and kindness, and this little cartoon cutie will be ready for her close-up! Betty’s looking for her happily ever after with someone who’ll treat her like the leading lady she is.
