Notes from Albuquerque Animal Services - Westside
**Meet Trixie! Treats, Booty Scratches & Second Chances! **Trixie is an 8-year-old Pit Bull mix who knows the secrets to a happy life: good company, plenty of affection, and a favorite booty-scratch spot! This sweet, mature lady knows **sit, stay, and come**, takes treats gently, and leans right in for extra love. Trixie has enjoyed car rides, was reported to be housebroken and crate trained, and may do well with other pets when properly introduced. She’s also working toward a healthier weight, so daily strolls and healthy habits will help her feel her best. Now Trixie is ready for a fresh start with someone who appreciates all the wonderful things a senior sweetheart brings. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a loving heart and an adorable wiggle, Trixie is waiting to meet you!**Adopt Trixie—and make room in your life for extra love, happy walks, and a lifetime appointment as her official booty-scratch giver!**
