Notes from Albuquerque Animal Services - Eastside

Meet Brownie! ??Brownie is a sweet, sensitive young Doberman who is learning that life outside the shelter can be pretty wonderful! After struggling with anxiety in the shelter, he is now thriving in foster care alongside a 9-year-old Doberman and a 1-year-old Chiweenie. Brownie loves being part of a family and is happiest when he has people and other dogs around. He’s curious, affectionate, and learning all about the world at his own pace. He’s making great progress with potty training, leash skills, and the basics, and he responds very well to gentle guidance. Brownie would love a home with another friendly dog to help him feel confident. With patience, companionship, and a little time to settle in, this sensitive boy is sure to become a loving, easygoing companion. ??
