Notes from Albuquerque Animal Services - Westside

Meet Tricia, a gorgeous 3-year-old spayed female Boxer mix with one blue eyeand one brown eye-because apparently choosing just one color was far tooboring for her! Tricia is friendly, affectionate, and fully convinced that despite being aBoxer mix, she is actually a lap dog. She loves leaning in for pets andwould happily squeeze herself into your lap for some quality cuddle time. She's gentle when taking treats and enjoys sniffing and exploring hersurroundings. She even waded in the pool, proving she's willing to considera little aquatic adventure! This girl enjoys chasing toys and would love daily walks to help keep herbody and brain happily occupied. She pulls on leash, but a harness helps, and she could benefit from a training class to polish up her manners. Because of her activity level, Tricia is recommended for older kids. A meetand greet with other dogs is also recommended to make sure everyone is agood match. If you're looking for a sweet, active companion with mismatched eyes, a bigpersonality, and absolutely no understanding of the phrase `too big to be alap dog,` Tricia may be your girl!
