ROSE
American Pit Bull Terrier (medium coat) · Senior (7 years 10 months) · Female · Large · Albuquerque, NM
Notes from Albuquerque Animal Services - Eastside
Looking for a dog who will never let you feel alone? Affectionate Rose has you covered! She is an absolute Velcro dog who wants to be wherever you are—leaning against you and happily soaking up every ounce of attention you can give. She is house-trained, loves going for walks, demands belly rubs and would likely do wonderfully with children 12 and older. She's also a girl who knows what she wants: she prefers to be the only dog in the home and would love having her people all to herself. On walks, she's well trained on leash and enjoys getting out and about, but she can fixate on other dogs (and cats) and will need a confident handler who can help her navigate those encounters. If you're looking for a devoted, affectionate companion who wants to be your one-and-only furry best friend, this girl may be the perfect match. She has so much love to give—and she's ready to give all of it to you.
