Oogie Boogie- friendly/snuggly boy
American Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (medium coat) · Young (6 months) · Male · Medium · Oakhurst, NJ
Notes from Wag On Inn Rescue
Oogie Boogie is a beautiful boy who is looking for a new home. He is with our rescue partner in Louisiana and can come to NJ with an approved foster or adopter.
Oogie Boogie
Spooky name. Sweetest little soul.
This sweet pittie-mix puppy was surrendered simply because his people no longer wanted him. But Oogie Boogie has so much love to give—and he’s ready for a family who wants him forever.
He’s dog-friendly, affectionate, and pretty calm for a puppy. He’s also a quiet little guy who isn’t mouthy and has shown no food aggression, even with other dogs nearby.
Oogie is working on house-training, leash skills, and all the puppy manners. He’s a smart, curious boy who loves watching everything you do—especially mopping. He’s fairly certain the mop is a toy and would like to join the fun.
We suspect he’ll grow into more of a low-riding, squatty pittie, but we already know he’s an all-around sweetheart.
Nothing scary here—just a good boy looking for a love that lasts. Apply to adopt Oogie Boogie!
Oogie is neutered
,
microchipped and is up to date on age appropriate vaccines. He tested negative for heartworm. His adoption donation is $600.
Adopting an animal is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these animal have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
