Notes from Wag On Inn Rescue

Odie is with out partner rescue in Mississippi and can catch a ride to NJ with an approved adopter or foster.

Meet Odie — a sweet, gentle, tail-wagging girl who is ready to find her forever family!

Odie is a beautiful hound/Lab mix (our best guess) with the kindest heart. After a couple of months in foster, she has truly blossomed into an amazing companion: she’s house-trained, kennel-trained, walks nicely on a leash, and is wonderful with kids.

She also absolutely loves other dogs, so she’d be thrilled to have a canine sibling to play with—or plenty of dog friends to meet along the way. Odie has a playful side and enjoys her toys, but she’s just as happy being a gentle, loving presence by your side.

If you’re looking for a sweet, well-mannered, dog-friendly girl to complete your family, Odie may be your perfect match.

Odie is up to date on puppy vaccines and tested negative for heartworm. She has been spayed and has a microchip. Her adoption fee is $600.

Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through, they deserve a loving, committed home.
