Notes from EASEL Animal Rescue League

✨ Meet Venus! ✨Our beautiful 3-year-old Staffordshire Terrier is ready to find her forever home! Venus originally came to us through Animal Control, and she’s been winning hearts ever since. This short-and-stout sweetheart is packed with personality—confident, playful, and full of character. She may be a lowrider, but she brings plenty of sparkle and enthusiasm wherever she goes and is more than ready to share her big heart with her person. Venus would do best as the only dog in the home, where she can truly shine. She already knows several basic commands and is currently thriving in a foster home, where she’s learned so much. She is housebroken, crate trained, and well-mannered, and she’s absolutely ready to begin the next chapter of her life in a loving home. If you’re looking for a loyal, lively, and devoted companion, Venus could be the one for you. If interested in adopting Venus, please apply online:www.easelnj.org/application-dog/Once an application is received, an appointment will be scheduled to meet her! Help us get Venus home where she belongs! Adoption by appointment only with an approved adoption application. Please go to www.easelnj.org/adopt to submit an adoption application. Someone will be in touch within 48 hours.

What happens next

  1. Contact EASEL Animal Rescue League using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to EASEL Animal Rescue League, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
