BOBO
Mastiff / Mixed (medium coat) · Young (1 year 1 month) · Male · Large · Chapel Hill, NC
Notes from Orange County Animal Services
I am a sweet dog that arrived at OCAS as a stray. I was very underweight and had some other medical concerns. The care team at the shelter is helping me gain weight and they are providing lots of TLC. I am young and eager to learn. I'll make a great addition to some lucky home! If you'd like to help me and other pets that enter the shelter with medical issues, please consider making a donation to the shelter. The Community Giving Fund is an easy way to donate online. Thank you! Insights from my adventure buddies and foster friends:Bobo is a lovely pup who can seem shy and fearful at first, but his true personality shines through very quickly. Underneath that initial shyness is a playful, energetic dog who loves spending time playing with you and with other dogs. He loves any toy he can chew on and is extremely food-motivated, which made it easy to teach him `sit` and `up` in no time. Given how smart he is, you could realistically teach him just about anything. He's at the perfect age to be adopted and shaped by his forever family, since he picks up on patterns very quickly. As an energetic pup, he'll need a family willing to commit some time to developing and stimulating his mind through structured play. He is very funny! Somehow, he's always making you laugh.
