Notes from Pawfect Match Rescue

Meet Scout Scout’s story didn’t start the way every puppy’s should. He was abandoned by someone who didn’t treat him right, leaving him skin and bones and desperately in need of love and TLC. But Scout is a fighter. ❤️ Since coming into foster care, Scout has received the veterinary care he needed, plenty of nutritious food, and—most importantly—SO much love. And look at him now! He has gained weight, he is healthy, happy, and thriving, and his sweet personality is shining through. Scout is your typical happy-go-lucky puppy! He loves to play, chew on his favorite bones, and get into all the fun puppy adventures. But when playtime is over, this little guy is more than happy to climb into your lap, snuggle up close, and take a nice cozy nap. Scout is truly such a bright light. ✨ Despite everything he has been through, he has so much love to give and is ready to find the family he deserves. Do you have dogs who would love a little brother? Children who would love a best friend to grow up with? A heart big enough to show Scout what forever really means? Scout is your guy! He has come so far, and now all he needs is YOU to help complete his story. Please fill out an adoption application and come meet Scout today! Because this sweet boy deserves nothing less than a forever family who will love him as much as he loves them. ❤️ Scout is ready for his happily ever after. Is it with you?

What happens next

  1. Contact Pawfect Match Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Pawfect Match Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
