Nina
Hound / Mixed · Adult · Female · Medium · Burnsville, NC
Notes from Yancey County Humane Society
Nina is a gorgeous 4-year-old hound mix weighing around 55 pounds, and she is truly one of the sweetest girls! ❤️Nina absolutely LOVES people and does amazing with everyone she meets. She’s affectionate, gentle, and happiest when she has someone nearby to keep her company. She also enjoys the company of other dogs and would love a family where she can finally settle in and feel at home again. Sadly, Nina found herself with us after her previous owner lost their housing and could no longer keep her. Through no fault of her own, Nina is now starting over and waiting for someone to give her the forever home she deserves. She has so much love to give and is more than ready to trade shelter life for a comfy couch, adventures with her people, and a family to call her own. ❤️Come meet Nina and see just how easy she is to fall in love with! Puppies 6 months and under are typically $200 and dogs from 7 months to 6 years are typically $100.00. The adoption fee may be higher or lower than stated however, and is dependent on many factors including age, behavior, medical condition and demand. All dogs 7 years and older are free under our Saving Seniors program. We frequently run discount specials and occasionally a dog will be more than the stated fee. Most cats and kittens are $35.00, however there may be instances in which the fee is higher or lower, due to age, behavior, medical condition or demand. With felines, we always have an "Adopt one, bring another one home for free" adoption special!
