Harley (Planet mama)
German Shepherd Dog / Shepherd (medium coat) · Young (2 years 7 months) · Female · Large · Holly Springs, NC
Notes from Pawfect Match Rescue
Harley was born on 2/4/2024 and is 65 lbs. Before coming to the rescue, she was living outside in poor conditions. As a result she is heartworm positive, which the rescue is treating in full. She is otherwise very healthy and spayed.
Harley is wary of strangers at first- especially men. But if you give her 30 minutes, she warms up fast! Give her a piece of chicken, the rest will be history!
Harley would make anybody a wonderful companion. She loves being in her big crate and running around in a fence yard. Her perfect home would include a fenced yard, but it is not required.
Harley did well with cats when being pet sit by another foster home.
The adoption fee is $400, which covers food, vetting, microchip and the spay/neuter surgery performed by a rescue-affiliated vet. All dogs receive a wellness visit and are up to date on shots appropriate for age. Breed and size is Pawfect Match Rescue's best guess and not guaranteed.
